Me in a nutshell

When I left the corporate world in 2020, I did not plan to set up my own company. However, as COVID-19 shook the world and I witnessed people struggling, I felt compelled to use my background to help others pursue and achieve their aspirations.

Returning from Singapore to Switzerland in 2021, I started my coaching and consulting business, focusing on helping experienced individuals overcome their limiting beliefs. My work leads to clarity, actions, and fulfilled careers and lives. My clients achieve their goals, gain self-confidence, and enhance their self-awareness.

My career has been primarily in Human Resources, where I have supported people as a leader, coach, and HR partner. I have successfully helped individuals across diverse functions and organizational levels grow and shine in their careers. In addition to operational HR roles, I have managed regional and global HR initiatives, such as developing and implementing a Global People Strategy for a multinational company.

My transfer to the U.S. in 2009 marked my first intercultural experience as an international assignee. While overseeing operational HR for a function and running HR projects for the Americas, I expanded my expertise in aligning HR strategies with diverse regional needs.

Having been an expat, I understand the challenges of starting anew in a foreign country. It is humbling, exhilarating, and uplifting. This personal experience proved invaluable in my role as the global Head of Global Mobility, where I upgraded the relocation experience for all international assignees.

As HR Director and member of the senior management board, I moved to Singapore in 2016. My last role before starting my own business was as the Head of Talent & Development, South East Asia. I enjoyed the comprehensive responsibility for the entire HR function, local and regional exposure, and my role in shaping the company’s direction and culture.

Inspired by challenges, diversity, and purpose, my career has led to rewarding assignments, a global network, and international opportunities. Living and working in Europe, America, and Asia has given me a broad understanding of business environments, intercultural differences, and company cultures. These experiences, combined with my resourceful problem-solving skills and curiosity, have cultivated my people skills.

My key strengths are strategic thinking, operational excellence, and delivering results, and my leadership style is characterized by high emotional intelligence, drive, and humor. This shows in my people-centric approach and focus on achieving sustainable results and meaningful outcomes.

My journey has taken many turns but my core values have remained constant: I am all about empathy, equity, and inclusion while fostering trust, integrity, and kindness.

I am Swiss and met my French husband during my time in the U.S. Our children were born in Singapore, and we love spending quality time with our international family and friends, exploring the world and its nature, and creating memorable moments.
